Our Premium Backgammon Sets are crafted with meticulous attention to detail and quality materials. We begin by using 16mm and 4mm first-quality MDF for the main structure. The design is transferred onto the board, and then the backgammon boards undergo a protective process with three layers of varnish to safeguard the surface. Following this, three layers of glossy polyurethane varnish are applied to achieve a smooth finish.Both the outer and inner sides of the Wooden Backgammon Set Motive are painted with suitable colors and receive three additional layers of glossy polyurethane varnish to ensure durability and a polished appearance.For the open-close mechanism, we offer high-graded magnets or high-quality metal clips, depending on the specific product. After all painting and finishing processes are complete, first-quality leather strips are applied to the outer sides of the backgammon for added elegance.Each Wooden Backgammon Set Motive is carefully packed with OPP nylon and placed into its own carton boxes to ensure safe transportation. Accessories include 15 dark and 15 light color checkers, as well as 2 pieces of 10mm dices, which are conveniently stored either in a box or a pouch.All production procedures are carried out in our factory, ensuring consistent quality and craftsmanship throughout.
