The main frames are constructed from high-quality 16mm and 4mm MDF boards to ensure durability and maintain the rigid form of our products. These MDF parts undergo profiling into various shapes and sizes before being wrapped with PU glue and wood-decorated High-Gloss PVC foils, consistent with the product types.The playing surfaces, both inner and outer, are coated with a High Glossy (95%) Acrylic UV Cured Varnish, which is non-yellowing, solvent-free, and odorless, providing a luxurious finish. We’ve replaced traditional metal clips with high-grade Neodymium Magnets for secure closure.Additionally, our sets offer optional accessories such as plastic, acrylic, and polyester chips, larger dices, doubling cubes, and dice cups, tailored to suit different product models. With these premium materials and thoughtful design, our Backgammon sets promise both elegance and durability for an exceptional gaming experience.
