Our Ashwood Design Backgammon Set offers a classic gaming experience with modern durability. Crafted with precision, the main frames are constructed using 12mm and 4mm First Quality MDF Boards, ensuring the integrity of the rigid structure. Following precise profiling and measurement, the MDF parts undergo a wrapping process with PU glue and are adorned with wood-decorated or plain-colored alkorcell foils, tailored to the specific product types.

To enhance gameplay, the inner and outer playing surfaces are coated with a High Glossy (95%) Acrylic UV Cured Varnish, providing a durable finish that resists yellowing, solvents, odors, and vapors. Instead of traditional metal clips, our sets feature high-grade Neodymium Magnets for secure closure and a sleek aesthetic.
