The main frames are constructed from 16mm and 4mm First Quality MDF Boards, ensuring a sturdy and lasting shape.Following precise profiling and measurement, the MDF parts undergo a wrapping phase with PU glue and wood-decorated High-Gloss PVC foils, tailored to the unique characteristics of each product type.The inner and outer playing surfaces receive a luxurious touch with High Glossy (95%) Acrylic UV Cured Varnish, providing a durable and smooth finish that is resistant to yellowing, solvents, odors, and vapor.In place of traditional metal clips, our sets feature high-grade Neodymium Magnets for secure closure, adding a modern touch to the design.
