The main and surface materials are made of 12mm and 4mm First Quality Medium Density Fiber (MDF) Boards, ensuring a rigid shape.After profiling and measuring, the MDF parts are wrapped with PU glue and wood-decorated or plain-colored alkorcell foils. Motifs and patterns are applied to genuine leather-textured artificial leathers using textile printing machines, then adhered to the MDF surfaces with polyurethane adhesive.Decorative metal locking clips are added, and the set is boxed for delivery. The prints on the surfaces resist cologne, detergent, soap, sweat, and friction, but are susceptible to pure alcohol and acetone.Playing chips are made of polygol glossy polyester in various colors, with optional accessories like plastic, acrylic, or polyester chips, larger dices, doubling cubes, and shakers for dices, depending on the model.With quality materials and attention to detail, our Leather Backgammon sets offer both durability and elegance for endless enjoyment.
